In-person Gym Training

1 on 1 and group training clients will receive a fitness assessment to address your current fitness level and any irregular movement patterns/muscular imbalances you may have. Each individual is different and has different goals, so I will create a program that is best fit for you! All gym training clients also receive the luxury of working out in a private gym accessible only to trainers and our clients.

All in-person training packages include a weigh-in and body circumference measurements every month to track your progress. You will also get access to a free app to access self-guided home and gym workouts on days we do not meet. Sessions not consumed within the month will be rolled-over to the next month.

Single Session Pricing

Payment is required on the day of training for both individual and group sessions. This pricing plan is best for those unable to make a monthly commitment due to an unpredictable schedule or for those looking to add in a drop in session to their current workout schedule.

1 on 1 Personal Training Packages

1 on 1 coaching at the gym is individualized to you and your goals, and allows you to have my full attention for the duration of the session. This type of training is great for those with specific fitness goals and for those who need (or enjoy) that extra “push” during your workout!

Group training clients have the same coaching as 1 on 1 clients, but also get to work out with their friends and/or family at the same time! Group Training is a great way to hold each other accountable, and is also a more budget-friendly alternative to 1 on 1 training! Divide the training cost between your group of 2-3 and save on training prices. It is necessary for group members to have similar fitness levels and goals, but the ages and genders of the group can vary. A training consultation with the group in-person is highly recommended to determine if all group members will benefit training together.
